Order Issues

What if I am missing item(s) in my order?


I'm sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will send it to you asap!




What if the item(s) sent to me is faulty?


Oh dear, we are sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with your Order ID and pictures of the faulty item(s) and we get back to you within the next 3 working days! We will inform you the Exchange and Return Policy via email.




What if the item(s) sent to me is incorrect?


Oh my gosh, we are sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will exchange it for you! If your product is not available anymore, store credit will be issued.




What if I changed my mind but I have purchased the item(s) on the website?


I'm sorry to hear that but we will not be able to cancel any orders because you've changed your mind.




What if I want to amend or cancel my order?


Please drop us an email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will be in touch with you asap.





Shipping Information

What delivery options do you offer?


We use external courier Easyparcel via Qexpress for all our orders with the following rates: For Regular Priced Items, Sales items & Returned Parcels: (Revised on 11 August 2020) Up to 2kg - $3.80 2kg to 5kg - $5.00 5kg and above - $8 Self-collection is also available from 28 June 2020 onwards at at outmost safety to safeguard our community.




What if I have yet to receive my order?


You will be provided with the tracking number. Otherwise, please drop us an email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will be in touch with you asap.




Can I choose a specific time for my delivery?


Unfortuntely, we are unable to do so. We work on a time basis for all the orders. e.g. Order Monday before 8pm, we will proceed to sent your item(s) out to our courier on Tuesday. You will recieve it in 1 - 2 working days. or e.g. Order on Friday after 8pm, we will proceed to sent your item(s) out to our courier on Monday. You will recieve it in 1 - 2 working days.




Can I do self-collection?


Self-Collection is now available, once a week at our office located at 90 Jalan Jurong Kechil between 1pm - 6pm.




Do you do International Shipping (Outside of Singapore)?


Yes! We just open international shipping to Malaysia. Please see the rate below: Up to 5kg - $10 5kg and above - $17 Shipping to Malaysia will take 7 - 14 working days due to custom delays.





Returns & Exchanges

Can I do a return for my item(s)?


We do not allow returns for Earrings due to personal hygiene purposes. For the other item(s) such as bags and shoes, we do allow returns. All returned item(s) - regular priced item in exchange for store credits. Orders made with promotional codes and sale items are not allowed for returns. Please email us at wearemadddteam@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) specifying the order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/ Style Points redemption. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.




Why have I not received my store credit?


Please kindly give 3 - 5 working days for our team to get back to you. Hope to seek your kind understanding :)




Will postage fees be refunded?


$2 will be deducted off every item returned due to a subsidised delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase.




How will the general return and wrong item return works?


Inform us via email at wearemadddteam@gmail.com All returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of delivery. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges (at a subsidised rate of $1.80) for mailing back of the parcel.




Wrong Item/Defective Item Return & Exchange


We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail or obtain a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. Kindly email us at wearemadddteam@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further. In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the RA tracking number or snapshot of COP. However, if the item is no longer available, a gift certificate store credit with no expiry will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via together. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
