Return, Exchange & Shipping

We do not make exchanges, cancellation and refunds, instead, we accept returns for a credit note. Credit note can then be used on your next order.

Please note:
  • All returns have to be done within 3 working days from the date of receiving the parcel. The requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 
  • All return items have to be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the tags intact.
  • Each store credit can only be used once, not stackable and any excess amount will not be refunded. Orders placed using a return store credit/store credit discount code are not applicable for another return/exchange.
  • We do not allow cancellation of order after purchase. 

  • If in any case, any item is out of stock, we only provide the return of store credit, there should be no return of physical cash in any situation. 

  • Store exchange return and exchange of items are allowed but please seek confirmation from our team by sending an email in to
    shop@themadtheorysg.com
  • All returns are only applicable on regular-priced orders without discounts. This does not include lifestyle and all sale items.

  • Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.

  • Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. $2 will be deducted off every apparel returned due to a subsidised delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase. A store credit discount code (strictly non-extensible) with 2 months validity will be issued thereafter.
