We do not make exchanges, cancellation and refunds, instead, we accept returns for a credit note. Credit note can then be used on your next order.

- All returns have to be done within 3 working days from the date of receiving the parcel. The requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- All return items have to be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the tags intact.
- Each store credit can only be used once, not stackable and any excess amount will not be refunded. Orders placed using a return store credit/store credit discount code are not applicable for another return/exchange.
- We do not allow cancellation of order after purchase.
- If in any case, any item is out of stock, we only provide the return of store credit, there should be no return of physical cash in any situation.
