We do not make exchanges, cancellation and refunds, instead, we accept returns for a credit note. Credit note can then be used on your next order.

Please note:
  • All returns have to be done within 3 working days from the date of receiving the parcel. The requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 
  • All return items have to be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and unaltered with the tags intact.
  • Each store credit can only be used once, not stackable and any excess amount will not be refunded. Orders placed using a return store credit/store credit discount code are not applicable for another return/exchange.
  • We do not allow cancellation of order after purchase. 

  • If in any case, any item is out of stock, we only provide the return of store credit, there should be no return of physical cash in any situation.

I tried it physically in the physical shop but it was the last piece. I tried to buy online and there was stock :)! It fit nicely n was true to measurement! I really like the way it fits and how it looks on me as I’m quite petite. I look forward to subsequent launches by TMT !
